Meet Our Team
Oral Surgeon Lutherville

Chloe
Office Manager
Chloe welcomes each task as an adventure-eager to meet new patients and add new skills to her surgical expertise. Warm and friendly, she is integral to our delivery of quality, patient centered care. Chloe’s time out of the office is spent with her husband, son, daughter, dog, and two cats. She’s also an avid reader and loves good new book recommendations.

Danielle
Patient Coordinator
Whether assisting Dr. Spector with surgery or welcoming patients at our front desk, Danielle approaches every task with energy and enthusiasm. She is a supportive team member and compassionate patient advisor who joined COSDI with 7 years of prior medical office experience. When not in the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and her two dogs Ky and Daisy. She is also a Disney World fan, enjoying periodic family vacations in Orlando.

Katie
Surgical Assistant
When meeting Katie, her big smile and petite stature may belie the fact that she’s an experienced healthcare professional. Katie joined Chesapeake Oral Surgery and Dental Implants after practicing in a variety of dental specialty offices. Born and raised in Parkville, she loves to be outside, hiking and exploring the beauty of Maryland. She also loves yoga, Pilates, music and her two cats, Parker and Minnie.

Chrissy
Scheduling Coordinator
As a child, Chrissy spent many years at GBMC while her mother was being treated for a long-term illness. She fell in love with the medical field and after completing her education, joined an apprenticeship program that led to 14 years at GBMC and then to our team. Chrissy loves helping people, music, the beach and water sports. She enjoys quiet weekends at home with her fiancé and cat Luna(tic).

Jessica
LPN/Surgical Assistant
Originally from Laurel, Maryland, Jess moved to North Carolina after marrying her high school sweetheart. During the next several years she earned her LPN certification, practiced nursing, moved to Roanoke and finally returned to Maryland. When not at soccer or wrestling matches cheering for her two sons, she and her husband aspire to grill master status and love grilling meats for friends, family and special occasions.

Taylor
Surgical Dental Assistant/Patient Intake
Taylor understands that oral surgery can be anxiety-provoking for many people, and enjoys the opportunity to calm patients’ nerves when they arrive at our office for treatment. An acapella singer, she has been known to occasionally serenade a patient during surgical prep with her favorite music genres, pop and country. A talented multi-tasker, Tay is as efficient at the front desk as she is assisting with surgery or managing a telehealth conference.
Teamwork
Oral Surgeon Lutherville
Each year, Dr. Spector and the entire team at Chesapeake Oral Surgery & Dental Implants volunteer at a Mission of Mercy in Maryland. During the course of one day, they join other dental professionals in providing completely pro bono oral surgery to individuals who would not otherwise have access to these services. This video is about their day of service on January 23rd 2020, during which the COSDI team treated 39 patients, extracting over 100 teeth. The impact of this work includes resolution of long standing oral problems that might otherwise require emergency treatment in a hospital setting.
